Based in Bangor, County Down, Bob Johnston has been creating traditional and contemporary willow baskets, willow sculptures and living structures since 2000. His willow sculptures include a wide range of animals – his most popular willow sculpture is the Highland Shoulder Mount Willow Sculpture which is affectionately called “Elvis”.
Initially trained as a textile weaver, Bob has since studied with master basket makers in Armagh, Galway and Villaines les Rochers, France.
